But now we’re only a 10-minute walk from the university and we’re paying much less for a apartment that’s three times the size of the one I had,” says Fenton, resident of Maple Grove Towers Community. “We’re really close to a park where I can run and it’s a really multicultural neighbourhood, which is kinda cool.”
